It has been an first-class ecommerce solution for our campground and I am very happy.

I have used this software for over 5 years with a customer and it has served the states well. Each year, I load in the new events for the summertime camping ground season and add together links to the separate website. Information technology is quick, provides a quick and easy way for our customers to pre-annals. I am and so glad I decided to become with this third party software than trying to set up my ain system.

I accept not found any cons. I have had to troubleshoot customer orders or different features but there is a rich and diverse support system from other having like issues.

I used Upshot Zilla for a few months before I had Zen Cart up and ready to go. Event Zilla (was fee based) and information technology wasn't advisable equally a long-term solution. Zen Cart does utilise our PayPal account and then we do have to pay a fee for credit card transactions.

The cart is open source, so it is perfect for those on a budget. In one case y'all get information technology ready up, adding categories and products are fairly like shooting fish in a barrel, just a flake fourth dimension consuming.

I run my own social network, and I couldn't fix upwards ZenCart myself. I had to pay a friend to exercise it. There's just so much piece of work involved with settings and criteria that needs to be done that information technology was overwhelming for a outset timer. A clearer, more concise back end would be a wonderful thing.

Once yous accept information technology downloaded & set upwardly. Functionality is fantastic. You tin encounter backside the scenes. If a potential customer calls and wants to know if their order went through online (because in reality it did not), yous can really see where the breakdown happened & what they had in their cart even if they were shopping as a guest. The program definitely requires a learning period simply it is worth it.

Requires a proficient amount of tech knowledge. If you are not tech savvy or don't take someone that is, then this is non the mode to get. Yous will only become support through the forums & "tickets". There is no phone support.

It's Costless! and it's powerful. Does everything I need plus more than. So much better than the 1and1 online eCommerce software I use to use. Then many add together ons can practice only near anything.

Nothing at all to dislike. it's free and powerful.

highly recommended by a expert friend who helped me fix it up.

1and1 overpriced and very limited in what nosotros could do.

The software is completely free, and also not also difficult to install. It is also completely open source, then the customization options are endless. The developers practice update it regularly. It includes everything necessary to showtime your online store/ecommerce business. There are many modules you can add together to it, to utilise whatsoever characteristic your concern might need. Once set up upwards, it is like shooting fish in a barrel to employ by anyone

Broken code requires time intensive debug, and once in a while things may not work perfectly together. Some of the features that can be added with modules could just be role of the default experience, in my stance. Setup requires some technical skill, merely over again, it is free.

I'm a web programmer and almost of my clients uses Zen Cart. I recommend this to them compare to Magento is because its easy to manage the lawmaking and databases. It has also a characteristic where y'all tin run the query directly to the software and non going to the host web site to run it at that place. What I love virtually is that, you can create your own html files with out touching the original files. Zen Cart volition automatically detect the new created files and use it to run. Information technology really easy to customize the software base on the customer needs.

At outset, it is really hard to understand the layout of the software and where to locate them. But as soon as you become used to it, it will exist hands.

I remember my favorite and best user experience was discovering Zen Cart. Operating on a very tight upkeep, this software offered me an affordable selection to maintain products in my store! Works dandy with WordPress templates.

I was able to launch a web store with a functional shopping cart with Zen quite affordably!

Open source! I will always choose an open up source selection first if it is functional. Zen cart does everything I need .

While it's not really a drawback, you lot need to make sure you know what your doing and tin install Zen cart properly on your site.

By the kickoff time, seems easy to install on your application, but bug solving tin can be a problem.

When I faced bugs with this platform or needed to migrate to another platform, information technology wasn´t easy to become data from information technology.
